Michele has also enjoyed tremendous success in launching a business to business advertising firm where she served as the Chief Operations Officer in a company that specialized in entertainment, fashion, beauty and ecommerce at the beginning of the internet’s growth.
In an effort to be more actively involved to business development activities, Michele served as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for a top email marketing solutions provider, where she had annual financial responsibility of $15m.
Michele later answered the call of her passion and entrepreneurial endeavors by becoming one of the founding employees of what grew to be a fifty person childrens educational intellectual property (television show) and licensing company. In her role as Chief Operations Officer, she was responsible for all financial, technical, operational and human resources aspects of the business. The company became the first new recipient of a grant valued at $40 million for educational programs to air on public television.
Michele brings to Element Financial Group and her clients an unparalleled depth of knowledge of the entrepreneurial endeavor. She combines her knowledge of strategy, operations and business development to find solutions to her client's financial needs.
