- Providing insight into legislative and regulatory changes
- Cost management approaches to reduce healthcare costs
- Renewal projections including a review of plan premiums, retention, claims, stop loss levels and reserve adequacies for self-insured plans
- Negotiating renewal offers
- Reviewing employee contribution levels
- Working closely with business owners and their financial professionals to help ensure that their insurance and investment plans are consistent with their personal and business objectives
