Amy has nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry. In that time, she developed expertise in complex and unique financial planning solutions for high net worth individuals, business owners and executives. She has extensive experience in portfolio management, survivor planning, domestic couples, legacy planning, and wealth transfer.
Amy has provided comprehensive financial, counseling and family office services to senior executives and directors of Fortune 1000 companies while employed with The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company. Her career led her to Ernst & Young where she became a financial planner and project manager. In this role, Amy was responsible for implementing and managing employee financial planning programs at client companies. In addition to overseeing the financial education programs, Amy provided personal financial planning services to a broad base of employees and executives within those companies. She was consistently lauded by her clients and recognized for her achievements while at Ernst & Young.
Amy firmly believes that her clients deserve unbiased and objective advice. She searched for a wealth management firm that fosters creativity and innovation, with a platform that allows her to be totally objective in her recommendations. Her search led her to Element Financial Group, where she quickly determined it to be the best fit her personal and professional needs and the needs of her clients.
Amy has her MBA with a Concentration in Management from Montclair State University. She also earned her BA in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from Pace University. Amy is actively pursuing her Certified Financial Planning designation from the College for Financial Planning; she expects to receive it in March 2012.
When not studying, Amy is happily experimenting with different ingredients in the kitchen, entertaining friends and family with her husband Shawn, and watching the Food Network.
